UK Gas Summary Report published on the Gas-Day of Thurs 24th Oct 2013

Demand / Supply 

The UK gas market was undersupplied by 0.23 MCm, with actual demand on 23-Oct, at 176.49 MCm/day, recorded as 21% below the seasonal normal. The actual demand was less than the forecasted demand by 1.71 MCm, National Grid data showed. 

Today's forecast demand is 204 MCm/day, below the seasonal normal by 21 MCm. The physical flow into NTS is 235.72 MCm, at present. 

Tomorrow's demand forecast is 187 MCm/day. The Demand – Supply summary (in MCm/day) for last three days is as shown below –
