UK Gas Summary Report published on the Gas-Day of Sun 20th Oct 2013

Demand / Supply 

The UK gas market was oversupplied by 1.11 MCm, with actual demand on 19-Oct, at 163.95 MCm/day, recorded as 21% below the seasonal normal. The actual demand was less than the forecasted demand by 2.13 MCm, National Grid data showed. 

Today's forecast demand is 159 MCm/day, below the seasonal normal by 51 MCm. The physical flow into NTS is 169.71 MCm, at present. 

Tomorrow's demand forecast is 186 MCm/day. The Demand – Supply summary (in MCm/day) for last three days is as shown below –
